You can sign up for secure online access to basic information in your Electronic Medical Record in our office by asking the next time you come in for an appointment. Once we’ve set you up and you’ve gotten your own unique password, you’ll be able to log in online from any computer and view your Problem List, Medical Allergies, Medication List, and selected Lab Results.
